BADMINTON COURSE OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS

ARTICLE 1
DATES AND TIMES
The reception of players takes place at the reception of the Residence at 4 p.m. on the first day of the course chosen.
The end of the course is scheduled after breakfast on the last day of your course.

CLOSING OF REGISTRATIONS
Registrations will be closed on July 20, 2023
ARTICLE 4
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
The minimum threshold of trainees is set at 14 for the feasibility of the internship.
A 2nd coach will be present if the number of trainees exceeds 14 trainees
ARTICLE 5
PRICES
The price of the course is €550 until April 19, 2023. It is then €575 between April 20 and June 19, 2023. It is €599 for registrations made between June 20 and July 19, 2023.
ARTICLE 6
INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS
Le stage comprend: The course includes: 6 nights, breakfasts, meals and dinners – Feather shuttlecocks used during the course – Photos taken during the course – A pharmacy (dressings, first aid) will be available on site.
ARTICLE 7
ACCESS CONDITIONS
The course is open to badminton players with or without a license.
ARTICLE 8
TRAINEE INSURANCE
The course is not affiliated with the French Badminton Federation, so the license cannot cover you in the event of an accident.
Trainees are therefore required to have their own insurance.
Trainees must present civil liability and individual accident insurance
(you will find different multisport insurance companies like for example (https://www.auvieuxcampeur.fr/carte-club).
The organizer cannot be held liable in the event of theft, damage or accident.
ARTICLE 9
CANCELATION
To organize this course, accommodation and meals were reserved and paid for at the Dawn Sports Center to accommodate the trainees.
Consequently, in the event of cancellation on your part 3 weeks before the start of the course:
no refund (except replacement person), whatever the reason even in case of force majeure.
It is up to you to see with your insurance for a cancellation contract.
In the event that the owner of the accommodation breaks its commitments for any reason whatsoever, the registrations will be canceled and the stays will be refunded.
The health conditions may change in the face of COVID, in the event of a government announcement leading to the closure of the structure or a general reconfinement, registrations will be refunded in full if the internship week has not started.
Registrations will be refunded in proportion to nights spent on the basis of: (price of stay/6)
ARTICLE 10
CANCELLATION DURING THE COURSE
Once the course has started, no refund can be made if you decide to leave before the end of the course for any reason whatsoever.
ARTICLE 11
HEALTH
The trainees must inform the organization of the stay of the treatments or particularities of a medical nature which affect them. By registering, they certify that they are up to date with their vaccines. They authorize the director of the course or the person in charge, to do everything possible in the event of an emergency, to carry out the treatments and interventions which may be recognized as medically necessary and to move the trainee in their personal vehicle if necessary.
ARTICLE 12
MEDICAL FEES
In the event of accident or illness, medical expenses are borne by the trainees. Remember to bring your vital card.
ARTICLE 13
PICTURES
The trainee authorizes the use of the photos taken by the supervisors during the stay. They remain the property of the organizer.
ARTICLE 14
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Your place in the stay is definitively reserved upon receipt of all the documents put in place online.
The payment of the course is made by bank transfer
